Large items that ship by freight service will not ship out if the customer has not forwarded us a contact number. AVOID ADDITIONAL FEES. All freight items are delivered by appointment only. Once an appointment is made, if the freight company attempts to deliver your order and you miss your appointment causing your order not to deliver, you (the customer) will be responsible for any re-delivery fees incurred.
