Storage bench is a beautiful piece of furniture. I gave 4 stars because it had a scratch on it. Customer service didn’t want to replace it because delivery invoice didn’t say damaged,even after the delivery guy did pictures of the damage on the spot and didn’t live any invoice for me to sign. After numerous attempts to communicate with the seller, they refused to replace the bench only gave me $100 back. I was very disappointed because the scratch is visible every time I look at it.

The storage bench is absolutely perfect, it is more than I expected. I was looking for a real leather bench everywhere, but could not find it. Alexalin designs not only delivered what I needed, but also made it in a custom color, and it come even earlier than promissed. Great company to work with!
