The items is what I was looking for and is very good quality. The shipping of the item was not expected given the item price. The shipper could not have been nicer to help. However, Etsy doen't offer a "white-glove" option to have the item moved into the house. It is unreasonable and impossible to think anyone would be able to unpackage and inspect and item while the shipper waited. My husband and I were able to get the item into the house but wan't easy. For more costly heavy items, should offer a service to assist, even if there is a cost associated. Thanks
